Event Set‑Up
Shift: 12:00 - 3:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Assist with unloading supplies, tents, signage, tables, and equipment.
Help assemble tents, tables, and arrange seating.
Place directional signs, trash/recycling bins, and festival décor.
Coordinate with staff to ensure all zones (Kids Zone, History Center, Food & Beverage, Stage Area) are fully prepared.
Report any missing materials or safety concerns immediately.
Event Runner
Shifts: 12:00 - 3:00 pm / 4:00 - 6:00 pm / 6:00 - 8:00 pm / 8:00 - 10:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Serve as on‑call support to deliver supplies, relay messages, and assist with unexpected needs. .
Check in with each zone regularly to ensure smooth operations.
Bouncy House / Fun Zone Monitor
Shifts: 4:00 - 6:00 pm / 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Supervise children using the bouncy houses and activity areas. .
Enforce safety rules (capacity limits, no shoes, no rough play).
Maintain orderly lines and ensure fair turn‑taking.
Communicate with parents and guardians as needed.
Alert staff immediately if equipment issues or safety concerns arise.
Snow Cone Operator
Shifts: 4:00 - 6:00 pm / 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve snow cones to attendees.
Maintain cleanliness of the machine and serving area.
Monitor supply levels and request refills when needed.
Follow basic food‑safety practices (gloves, clean surfaces, no cross‑contamination).
Keep the line moving efficiently and cheerfully.
Dessert Station Monitor
Shifts: 4:00 - 6:00 pm / 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Oversee distribution of desserts and treats.
Keep the table stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
Assist attendees with questions about options or ingredients (if provided).
Track inventory and notify staff when supplies run low.
Maintain a welcoming, friendly atmosphere.
Beverage Station Monitor
Shifts: 4:00 - 6:00 pm / 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Serve water and beverages to attendees.
Refill coolers, cups, and ice as needed.
Keep the station tidy and prevent spills.
Monitor crowd flow and help maintain an orderly line.

Notify staff if any exhibit materials need attention.
Parking Attendant
Shifts: 4:00 - 6:00 pm / 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Direct vehicles to designated parking areas.
Maintain safe traffic flow and prevent congestion.
Answer basic questions about entrances and festival layout.
Assist pedestrians crossing high‑traffic areas.
Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
History Center Monitor
Shifts: 8:00 - 10:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Assist with taking down tents, signage, tables, and equipment.
Help pack materials into storage bins and load vehicles.
Collect trash, recycling, and lost‑and‑found items.
Restore the venue to its original condition.
Work as a team to ensure an efficient, safe teardown.
